Awesome product

Received my two items which are eco friendly but when I received them the kid on the flush wasn’t done up tight so I lost 200ml of liquid. Have been I. Touch via email and received one email back asking for photos which I sent but heard nothing back for weeks. Won’t stop me purchasing as so far it was a one off problem.
