Dispatch and Delivery

 

Shipping costs are calculated at check out and depend on shipment weights, sizes, and delivery address. Orders over $399 are shipped to you for free nationwide in New Zealand only. Free shipping excludes bulky, overweight or oversize items (eg. batteries, tanks); delivery to rural addresses; and to islands (e.g. Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart and Chatham Islands). Please call for shipping costs to any rural or island addresses.

Whilst we will do our best to offer free shipping on orders over $399; orders including any bulky, overweight or oversize items, or delivery to remote addresses (eg. West Coast), may incur a subsidised delivery cost. 

We reserve the right to revise the delivery offer at any time or on individual orders. 

Smaller items (0-20kgs)

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will usually process your order within 1 business day.

In the event we do not have the item you have ordered in stock it may be sent directly to you from our suppliers.

Under normal circumstance we aim to deliver your products to you within 3- 3 business days from the point of payment, however occasionally unexpected delays can occur and sometimes rural deliveries can be slower.

Larger Items (20 kgs +)

When ordering larger items that are 20kg or more you can expect to receive your goods within 4-7 business days due to different courier methods.

In the event we do not have the item you have ordered in stock it may be sent directly to you from our suppliers.

Receiving your goods

On receiving your goods please make sure you are happy with the condition of them as any claims of damage after 24 hours of receipt may be declined.

If you product arrives damaged the shipping costs of a replacement will be covered by RV Appliances, you must inspect you products on receipt of them, as any claims of damage after this may be rejected. Do not discard any packaging materials, shipping labels or broken items.
