Returns and Refunds
Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your items.
All our products are covered by the consumers guarantees act.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned to us within this time frame in unopened, undamaged packaging. Once returned we will give you 100% of the product value as store credit, excluding any shipping costs. This excludes victron products as these would need to be tested by a technician as they may be used in systems that are required for medical devices.
If the product is still under manufacturers warranty you are entitled to repair or replacement of the faulty product, and in the event this is not possible a refund may be given.
Products will be required to be returned to us for inspection before any repair, credit or refund can be applied or authorised.
In the event your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be charged for the return of the item.
All products are covered by a return to base warranty.
If you product arrives damaged the shipping costs of a replacement will be covered by RV Appliances, you must inspect you products on receipt of them, as any claims of damage after this may be rejected. Do not discard any packaging materials, shipping labels or broken items. You must notify us within 24 hours in order to make a claim of damage by a courier.
