The SHURflo 4009 series fresh water pump was created with a unique one piece diaphragm and internal bypass, assuring long life and top performance in all plumbing systems. The 4009 series pump is constructed for high flow demand, low noise and no rapid cycling. The 4009 series fresh water, automatic demand pump is quiet, thermally protected and can run dry without damage.
A filter must be installed with the 4009 pump in order to validate warranty.
I fit a lot of these pumps they are also very easy to fit please remember to alway replace your water filter that is after your pump. As it will put unwanted pressure on your pump and you run the risk of burning the pump out as it has to try and push water through the filter that is blocked
