another expensive piece of junk

I am extremely disappointed with my Max Air fan purchase.
I bought this fan only two years ago, and it has already stopped working completely. Considering the high price I paid, I expected a durable, high-quality product. Instead, I am left with an expensive fan that failed far too soon.
I contacted Max Air customer service to resolve the issue, but apart from receiving an automated reply, I have not received any real response or assistance. There appears to be no actual customer support available to address problems. This lack of service is unacceptable.
For a product marketed as premium and sold at a high price, the quality is very poor, and the after-sales service is even worse. I expected much better from this company.

I found this fan easy to install , replaced it with a dometic mini heki so now we
have all weather fan which can be used even when its windy and raining.
